Mineralizing Tea Blend with Raspberry Leaf and Rosehips
Here is a tea recipe with a nice balance of flavours and a focus on mineralizing. The presence of barks and berries in this formula - cinnamon and rosehips, makes decoction a good option for making the tea. And although decoction is perhaps a bit harsh for the lemon balm, this method will draw out the most minerals in the shortest amount of time. For the diehards, you could add the lemon balm at the end, once the decoction process is complete and allow it to infuse for the last 10 minutes covered.
Mineralizing Tea Recipe
Measure the herbs into a non-reactive pot. Add one litre of water and cover with a lid. Bring to a gentle simmer and allow to simmer for 20-30min. Strain and enjoy.
Oat straw 3 TBSP
Raspberry leaf 2 TBSP
Lemon balm 1 TBSP
Rosehips deseeded 1 TBSP
Cinnamon stick 1⁄4 inch or 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon chips
